Natalie Holley, Psy.D.

Dr.  Natalie Holley is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the therapeutic treatment of children, adolescents, and adults through a dynamic, attachment-based approach. Dr. Holley believes that the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client serves as the basis for growth, healing, and self-understanding in therapy. Dr. Holley’s evidence-based approach is rooted in attachment and relational theories, which she utilizes to support clients’ exploration of presenting concerns within the context of past experiences and relationships, and to foster understanding of the ways in which early adaptations to difficult situations may be causing difficulty at present. 

As a bilingual and bicultural clinician, Dr. Holley provides psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish. With great respect for each client and family, Dr. Holley emphasizes culturally-informed care of all patients and works to sensitively adapt treatment to meet each client’s individual needs. 

Dr. Holley received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, where she majored in Psychology. She received her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the School of Graduate Psychology at Pacific University in Oregon. Dr. Holley has completed clinical training rotations in residential and community mental health programs, school-based settings, and outpatient private practice. Dr. Holley is a trained parenting educator via Circle of Security International.

Ryan Holley, Psy.D.

Dr. Ryan Holley is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the therapeutic treatment and neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Holley has extensive experience in play and sand-tray therapy, parenting guidance, and the assessment of Developmental Delays and Neurodevelopmental Disorders occurring across the lifespan. He is certified to administer the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, and is a trained parenting educator via Circle of Security International.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Holley is a consultant for other clinical practices, presenter in the Chicagoland area, and former graduate professor.

Dr. Holley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Lindenwood University, in Saint Charles, Missouri. He completed his graduate studies at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology where he earned both Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology, with emphasis in Child Development and Neuropsychology. Dr. Holley has completed clinical training rotations in college counseling, residential and community mental health programs, substance dependence programs, and outpatient private practice.

Robert Banty, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Robert Banty is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with advanced training in the therapeutic treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. His research has focused on how anxiety and depression develop and change across the lifespan, and his clinical experience spans work with children, teens, and families to support emotional well-being, behavioral regulation, academic success, and healthy family relationships.

Dedicated to helping clients create meaningful, lasting change, Dr. Banty emphasizes building a trusting, inclusive, and collaborative space where individuals can gain insight, strengthen resilience, and achieve their goals. His work is grounded in empirically supported approaches informed by attachment theory, developmental psychology, and family-systems principles.

Dr. Banty earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. He completed his doctoral training at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL, followed by a doctoral residency at Rogers Behavioral Health, where he trained in the main campus child and adolescent inpatient unit in Oconomowoc, WI.

Veronika Živná, M.A., MSc

Psychotherapist

Veronika Živná is a doctoral trainee in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University, where she also earned her MA in Clinical Psychology. Her clinical interests center on pediatric and adolescent neuropsychology, neurodevelopmental disorders, emotion regulation, and the application of precision medicine in psychological assessment. She is particularly focused on the role of the autonomic nervous system in linking somatic and mental health, and on how physiological dysregulation can shape emotional and behavioral development. Veronika brings a research-informed, integrative approach to her clinical work, having completed training in both Europe and the United States.

Originally from Central Europe, Veronika offers a multicultural perspective in her clinical practice and is fluent in Czech, German, Italian, and several Slavic languages. She holds additional degrees from the University of Edinburgh (MSc in Developmental Science), SUNY Empire State College (BS in Human Development), and the University of New York in Prague (Bc. in Psychology). A graduate member of the British Psychological Society, she remains actively involved in research at the intersection of neurodevelopment, psychophysiology, and culturally responsive care.
